Youth and high-school athletes
For middle-school, high-school and club athletes who hurt after practice or games. We plan around school, growth and the schedule, and parents are welcome in the room.
This care is for you if
Your athlete aches after practice or games
Your athlete plays one sport all year
A coach or athletic trainer suggested a visit
You want technique and strength looked at before a new season

What a visit looks like
What we do
Your therapist looks at how your athlete moves and lands, treats what is sore and builds strength and control. A parent or guardian signs for care for athletes under 18, and you are welcome to stay for the visit.
What decides how many visits
What the exam finds, how your athlete responds and what the school schedule allows. Your therapist talks it through with you and your athlete.
How it is paid for
With your insurance or by paying yourself. We tell you what to expect before your first visit.
How fees workWhen to see a doctor first
Tell us right away about a hit to the head, numbness, a limb that looks out of shape or pain that wakes your athlete at night. We may ask you to see a physician first.
What to bring
Shoes and clothes for the sport, a water bottle, and the name of your school's athletic trainer or coach.
- Chest pain, trouble breathing, a sudden severe headache or pain, new weakness or numbness, loss of bladder or bowel control, or a fall with a head injury needs emergency care now. Call 911.
